PROCEDURES AVAILABLE

Mole removal: Excision or shave removal of atypical or cosmetically concerning naevi. All specimens sent for histopathology.
Cyst removal: Sebaceous, epidermoid, and pilar cysts — complete excision to prevent recurrence.
Skin tag removal: Cautery, surgical excision, or cryotherapy depending on size and location.
Lipoma removal: Surgical excision of subcutaneous lipomas under local anaesthesia.
Wart and molluscum treatment: Cryotherapy, curettage, electrocautery, or combination approaches.
Biopsy: Punch, shave, or excisional biopsy for diagnostic purposes.
Ingrown toenail treatment: Wedge resection or full nail avulsion for recurrent cases.

WHAT TO EXPECT

All procedures are performed under local anaesthesia. Most take 15–45 minutes. You are fully awake and comfortable throughout. A dressing is applied and full wound care instructions are provided. Suture removal (where applicable) is scheduled at a follow-up appointment.

BEFORE YOUR PROCEDURE

– Inform the clinic of all medications (especially blood thinners) and allergies
– No special fasting required for minor procedures
– Wear comfortable clothing that provides easy access to the procedure site

AFTER YOUR PROCEDURE

– Keep the wound clean and dry as instructed
– Change dressings as directed
– Avoid vigorous exercise until sutures are removed
– Attend follow-up for suture removal and results review
